Northstate Utility Locating, Inc., provides professional locating services for customers who are excavating or planning to excavate in the vicinity of underground utilities, especially privately-owned utilities.

We provide these services to a wide range of customers in a variety of settings.

We use state-of-the-art equipment including ground-penetrating radar, concrete-imaging radar and sub-foot GPS technology.

I work for a large tobacco company with properties in 3 counties with many miles of private underground water and air lines (not to mention everything else that is in the ground). I totally rely on Northstate Utility Locating, Inc. for the location of underground utilities. Their scheduling and professionalism are the best.
